Supporting Outwood Brownies with Free Craft Supplies

The Brownies from Outwood have been crafting again!

We were delighted to receive photos of the lovely Mother's Day cards they made from our surplus donated* stock of free art and craft materials, dedicated to Community groups.

A new purpose was given to these 'unwanted' items which were either 'new or lightly used' but still had plenty of life in them for other projects.

Each Brownie received a pack from the Leader, and included paper, card, stickers, stamps, inks, glitter and embellishments which the girls loved!

The Brownie Leader from the 47th Wakefield (Outwood Church) told us,

"I can't tell you just how wonderful it has been to hand out supplies without having to raid my personal bank account for it all"

Community Leader?

If you are a community leader and would like to see if we have suitable free art and craft materials, please get in touch with us. We will be delighted to support you.

*Art & Craft Donations

Donations sent to us should be either new, unused or "lightly used and still have life in them" so that others may enjoy and use them for a length of time e.g. pens and markers preferably tested and working, pencils sharpened if possible to clean up the wooden points and save us a job, bottles of glue or paint at least half-full, paints and watercolours still mostly usable etc. If in doubt please ask.
